Chaika Hotel built in 1927 by Friedrich Heitmann German architect is situated far away from noisy main streets in a green zone of the prestigious historical part of Kaliningrad that used to be the elite district of old Koenigsberg-Amalienau. In 2008 the architectural memorial was renovated and at present time the building has the preserved historical look.
At present time Chaika Hotel is the first modern business hotel for businesspeople and one of the most exclusive hotels in Kaliningrad-it is a so-called synthesis of business and boutique hotel. In the hotel design the unique balance of office practicality and the elegance of living spaces in the style of 1930s are used.
